We can't wait to meet you!
No matter if this is your first time visiting or you've been here before, you are welcome!
What is the dress code for attending services?
People wear anything from casual shorts, shirts, and sandals to more formal wear like ties and skirts or pants. We encourage you to come and be comfortable.
What time do the services start and end?
9:30 a.m. and usually they are done by 10:45 a.m.
Is there childcare provided during services?
There is no formal childcare provided as we welcome children of all ages in worship with us. However, if someone gets a little fussy and you need to step out, there is a cry room right behind the sanctuary.
Do I need to sign up for anything prior to attending?
While it is helpful to know numbers for things like a meal, there is no need to sign up. Just come!
Is there a place to park my car?
As you come in the driveway to the church, you will be taken to a parking lot with plenty of room. There are even handicapped spaces if you need them.
Are there any events or activities for new visitors?
We hold a coffee hour usually after church with is a great time for eating and socializing together. If you are interested in joining the church, there are some New Member classes we ask that you attend if you have not been Lutheran for very long. (Coffee Hour does usually take a break for the summertime)
Are there any programs offered for children and youth?
We have a Sunday School class for children through 5th grade after worship. For 6th - 8th graders, we have a Confirmation class that teaches about the Bible and faith. For Senior High youth, we occasionally do trips to ourNational Youth Gathering and other places.
Can I take communion?
Anyone who believes in the real presence of Jesus in, with, and under the bread and wine is welcome to commune with us regardless of what denomination you are from or have been baptized in.
